By purchasing a ticket you agree to the General Terms and Conditions.


Tickets:
The name of the participant shall be forwarded to us upon the purchase of a ticket. The purchased ticket as well as the participant ID will be issued on this name. This means that the tickets are specific to the individual and cannot be transferred to another person. On production of a ticket that shows a different name from the name of the actual participant, the ticket becomes invalid.

Should a participant be unable to attend the event, he shall be entitled to resell the tickets after having obtained permission to do so from Fans Choice Conventions. Once issued, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
The reselling of tickets without permission of Fans Choice Conventions is illegal and punishable by law.
Accommodation, board, travel and parking are not included in the ticket price. Fans Choice Conventions reserves the right to deny the sale of tickets and to refuse a refund on sold tickets.
In addition, the event organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to the event.

Registration:
A registration table with event staff will be provided on site for participants to check in.
To register, participants shall present their ID card as well as their e-mail ticket confirmation and any other documents they might have received from the event organiser.
All participants will receive a bracelet and participant ID card upon registration. Both items shall be attached upon receipt and worn visibly throughout the entire weekend of the event. The items shall be presented on request by the event staff. Any loss of the participant ID or bracelet shall be reported immediately. Participants who do not carry their participant ID and bracelet with them, will be refused entry to the event and can be excluded entirely from it.
The participant ID contains information on the participant‘s name, type of ID, seat number and row.

If a participant fails to follow a call for activities such as autograph sessions, photo ops, parties, cocktail dinners, meet & greet events, or happy hour cocktails and misses said activities, the event organiser shall not be held liable. Please note that neither the ticket price nor any part thereof will be refunded.

Fans Choice Conventions reserves the right to impose new sales terms and to amend the method of payment for tickets.

The ticket price will only be refunded if the organiser has to cancel the event. Being unable to attend the event shall be no grounds for a refund. In this case, participants are advised to contact the convention registration office for the resale of their tickets.

Fans Choice Conventions reserves the right to change the date and the location of the event.
Tickets already sold at that time will be issued with the new date and location. If a participant is unable to attend the event, he can contact the convention registration office in order to resell the tickets to another person.

Please note that invited guests who have confirmed their appearance might have to cancel due to work or health reasons.
This shall be no grounds for a ticket refund.

In case of guest cancellation, all extras purchased by the participants, such as autographs, photo ops, or meet and greet events, shall be transferred to another guest. A refund of money is not possible.

Ticketing and payment can only be made by bank transfer. Any transaction fees shall be borne by the participants.
Participants who purchase a high-price ticket (Universe and Galaxy Pass) are given the option to pay in two instalments.
Please note that should the bank transfer fail or in the event of non-compliance with the time frame, the tickets will become available for purchase to others.

Minors under the age of 16 shall be accompanied by an adult who shall also carry a valid event ticket or a written permission by a parent together with a copy of the respective parent‘s ID card.


The use of cameras shall be subject to the following conditions:
The use of digital cameras shall be allowed, unless they are equipped with a higher than 18-55mm lens. If they are, their use shall not be allowed.
Flash photography shall only be allowed during the first 5 minutes of panel, but not afterwards as the guests might feel uncomfortable.
Furthermore, it shall not be allowed to take pictures during autograph sessions, photo ops and meet & greet events.
Videos: Video recordings shall not be allowed during the Q&A session. The same applies to autograph sessions, photo ops, meet & greet events, cocktail dinners, parties and happy hour cocktails. Taking video recordings with a smartphone is also prohibited.
The event will be recorded digitally. Participants who appear in the recording shall only be stated by name with their permission.
The participants shall not raise any claim against the recorder or the event organiser.

Gifts may be presented to the guests during autograph sessions but not during photo ops, meet & greet events or panels.

Fans Choice Conventions cannot be held responsible for the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues.

Fans Choice Conventions reserves the right to immediately exclude from the event any participant who does not comply with the rules, who disrupts the event, who riots or who offends other participants, guests or members of staff.
This shall be no grounds for a ticket refund.

Fans Choice Conventions shall not be held liable for personal injury, property damage or loss of any kind incurred during the event.

Weapons and any other items that might harm or injure others are prohibited.

Participants who attract negative attention or who do not comply with the rules during the event shall not be allowed to purchase tickets for any further events.

Fans Choice Conventions reserves the right to refuse the sale of tickets to individuals if Fans Choice Conventions feels that they might disrupt the event or cause any inconvenience to the event staff.

Fans Choice Conventions reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
